Demo terms

1. What this demo is
Lumbre & Sal is a fictional restaurant created by Autorys LLC to showcase Autorys Connect: an artificial-intelligence front desk that serves customers on WhatsApp and Telegram, plus a CRM where the business team sees the conversations and steps in. The name, menu, prices, hours and location are illustrative.
2. What data we keep
Your phone number and name, as they arrive in your WhatsApp or Telegram conversation; the channel you used; your language; the messages, files and voice notes you exchange with the demo front desk; and, when you enter the CRM, the date and time, IP address and browser you entered from.
3. What we use it for
To run the demo: so the front desk can reply, to recognize your conversation by your number and to show it to you in the CRM. Also to keep the demo secure and prevent abuse. Only if you checked the corresponding box (your message says so) may Autorys contact you on WhatsApp with commercial information and follow-up.
4. Who sees your conversation
You, in the demo CRM, where you only see your own conversation. Autorys staff also see it, to operate and improve the service. We do not sell your data. Messages travel through WhatsApp or Telegram and are processed with the technical services we use so the AI can reply.
5. What it is not
No real reservations, orders or quotes are recorded, and nobody will be expecting you at a restaurant. The AI may make mistakes. Do not share sensitive data such as cards, passwords or health information.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the demo to send spam or illegal or offensive content, or to try to harm the service. We may limit or block access in case of misuse.
7. Retention and your rights
We keep this data while the demo is active or until you ask us to delete it. You can request access, correction or deletion, and withdraw your permission to receive commercial information, by writing to privacy@autorys.com.
8. Privacy notice
The processing of your data is also governed by the Autorys privacy notice, available at autorys.com.
