User Data Deletion Instructions

If you messaged a business that uses Autorys services through Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or another supported messaging channel, and you would like us to delete your conversation data (messages, contact name, and identifiers associated with that channel), you can request it through either of the following methods.

1. How to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to systems@autorys.com with the subject "Data Deletion", indicating the name of the Page or Instagram account you messaged and, if possible, the approximate date of the conversation.
2. Alternatively, send the message "delete my data" directly within the same Messenger or Instagram conversation.

2. What Happens Next

We will process your request and delete the messages and contact data associated with that conversation from our systems within a maximum of 30 days, unless the law requires us to retain certain information for a longer period.
