How do you calculate the cost of missed calls?
Multiply your missed calls per month by the share that would have become a customer, then by the average value of a customer. Missed calls per month are missed calls per week × 52 ÷ 12. For example, 6 missed calls a week is about 26 a month; if 30 % would have become customers worth 250 USD each, that is about 1,950 USD a month.
What percentage of missed calls would become customers?
