AI phone receptionist

How to see call summaries, recordings and transcripts in your CRM

Short answer

Right after the caller hangs up, you get an email and an alert in your CRM with who called, what they wanted (summarized by AI), whether an appointment was booked, how long the call lasted, and the recording with its transcript. All your calls stay in the CRM that comes with your receptionist.

Step by step

  1. Step 1: Wait for the call to end

The report is sent as soon as the caller hangs up.

  2. Step 2: Open the email or the CRM alert

The email arrives at your account’s address. In the CRM, a little red bubble next to your name lets you know there is something new.

  3. Step 3: Read the summary

You see who called, their phone number, what they wanted and whether an appointment was booked.

  4. Step 4: Listen to the recording and read the transcript

Each call has its recording and its transcript, so you can check exactly what was said.

  5. Step 5: Check the appointment

If the receptionist booked a visit or appointment, it is already in your CRM calendar.

Good to know

  • At the start of every call, the receptionist lets the caller know the call is recorded.
  • Only the people with access to your account can see your calls.
  • The CRM is included in the $149 USD a month of the receptionist, together with 500 minutes and the phone number.
